At Actively Manifesting ("we," "our," or "us"), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Vision Board Content: Images, text, and other content you add to your vision boards
- Account Information: If you choose to create an account (optional)
- Purchase Information: Records of in-app purchases for premium features
1.2 Pinterest Integration
When you choose to connect your Pinterest account:
- We use Pinterest's OAuth 2.0 authentication (you log in directly with Pinterest)
- We request read-only access to your Pinterest boards and pins
- We access: board names, descriptions, pin counts, and image URLs
- We never post, modify, or delete anything on your Pinterest account
- We never access your Pinterest password
- Your Pinterest access token is stored securely in your device's keychain
1.3 Tumblr Integration
When you choose to connect your Tumblr account:
- We use Tumblr's OAuth 1.0a authentication (you log in directly with Tumblr)
- We request read-only access to your liked posts
- We access: liked post images and metadata
- We never post, modify, or delete anything on your Tumblr account
- We never access your Tumblr password
- Your Tumblr OAuth tokens are stored securely in your device's keychain
1.4 Unsplash Integration
When you search for images using Unsplash:
- We use Unsplash's public API to search for images
- We do not access your Unsplash account (no authentication required)
- Search queries are sent to Unsplash's servers
- Downloaded images are stored locally on your device
- We comply with Unsplash's API Terms of Service
1.5 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: iOS version, device type, app version
- Usage Data: Features used, crash reports (anonymous)
- Photos Access: Only when you explicitly select photos to add to your boards
- Subscription Status: Information about your in-app purchase subscription (processed by Apple)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the app's functionality
- Import images from your Pinterest boards (when authorized)
- Import images from your Tumblr liked posts (when authorized)
- Search and download images from Unsplash (when you use this feature)
- Display your vision boards on home screen widgets
- Process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions
- Send notifications (if you enable them)
- Improve app performance and fix bugs
- Provide customer support
3. Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage: All your vision board data is stored locally on your device using Core Data
- App Group Storage: Widget data is shared via secure App Group containers
- Firebase Storage: Template images are stored on Firebase (read-only for users, admin-only uploads)
- No Server Storage: We do not store your personal vision board content on our servers
- OAuth Tokens: Pinterest and Tumblr tokens are stored securely in your device's keychain (encrypted, hardware-backed)
- Encryption: All data is encrypted using iOS standard encryption
- Subscription Data: Managed by Apple through StoreKit - we do not store payment information
4. Third-Party API Usage
4.1 Pinterest API
Our use of Pinterest's API complies with Pinterest's Developer Terms and API Guidelines:
- We only request the minimum permissions needed (boards:read, pins:read)
- We clearly explain what data we access and why
- We do not use Pinterest data for advertising or analytics
- We do not share Pinterest data with third parties
- Users can revoke Pinterest access at any time
- We respect Pinterest's rate limits and usage policies
4.2 Tumblr API
Our use of Tumblr's API complies with Tumblr's Developer Terms and API Guidelines:
- We only request read-only access to your liked posts
- We do not post, modify, or delete anything on your Tumblr account
- We do not use Tumblr data for advertising or analytics
- We do not share Tumblr data with third parties
- Users can revoke Tumblr access at any time
4.3 Unsplash API
Our use of Unsplash's API complies with Unsplash's API Terms:
- We use Unsplash's public API for image search (no authentication required)
- We do not access your Unsplash account
- Downloaded images are for personal use within the app
- We comply with Unsplash's attribution requirements
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services:
- Pinterest API: For importing boards (with your explicit authorization)
- Tumblr API: For importing liked posts (with your explicit authorization)
- Unsplash API: For searching and downloading images
- Firebase Storage: For hosting template images (read-only for users)
- Apple App Store / StoreKit: For in-app purchases and subscription management
- Apple Push Notifications: For daily reminders (if enabled)
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access: View all data stored in the app
- Delete: Delete your vision boards and all associated data
- Disconnect Pinterest: Revoke Pinterest access at any time from app settings
- Disconnect Tumblr: Revoke Tumblr access at any time from app settings
- Manage Subscriptions: Cancel or manage your subscription through Settings → App Store → Subscriptions
- Opt-out of Notifications: Disable notifications in iOS Settings
- Export: Export your vision boards as images
7. Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
8. Data Retention
- Vision board data is retained until you delete it
- Pinterest access tokens are retained until you disconnect Pinterest
- Tumblr OAuth tokens are retained until you disconnect Tumblr
- Subscription records are managed by Apple and retained as required by law
- When you delete the app, all local data is automatically removed
- OAuth tokens stored in keychain are deleted when you disconnect or delete the app
9. International Users
If you are using our app from outside the United States, please note that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our app, you consent to this transfer.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
- Posting the new Privacy Policy in the app
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending an in-app notification for significant changes

Summary: We respect your privacy. Your vision boards stay on your device. We only access Pinterest and Tumblr when you explicitly authorize it, and only to read your content - never to post or modify. Subscription management is handled securely by Apple. You can disconnect third-party services anytime.
